Sometimes you don’t need GIMP or Photoshop!

I use Paint Pad Lite when I need to type some text on top of a screenshot, or draw arrows and circle something.

That’s all.

It is cripple-ware.

But when it’s just what you need, the $2.99 is a small price to page for “activating” and turning off the watermarks.
