MacPaint did a better job

The fact that you compare your app to MSPaint tells a lot about your software quality criteria. But sorry, even MSPaint is better since it is useable. Yours is not. I will not mention that horrible backround in th light version, but what if you did revamp the user interface?
Did you know that since 1984 the zoom in and out has a specific icon? That plus and minus sign are really odd.
No selection tool. Why?
The Text Tool is so cumbersome.
Many many strange behaviours make that app a real punishement to use.
The only good idea: transparency for the drawn objects. Would be great if the rest was better designed.
Sorry, but I will surely not buy the full version.
